1. HOW SOON WILL I START GETTING RESULT FROM USE OF THE PRODUCTS?

Depending on the type of body and your skin reaction to products, results from the use of the products range from 2 to 3 weeks of active usage.

2. DO THE PRODUCTS CONTAIN NATURAL INGREDIENTS?

The ingredients that are present in our products are 100% natural and are fully tested for authenticity by the relevant health authorities.

3. SHOULD I BE EXPECTING ANY SIDE EFFECT?

There are no side effects to our products since they are 100% natural. However, you should seek the advice of your physician before using any body product to know the kind of elements that may give your body an adverse reaction.

4. DO THE PRODUCTS WORK ON EVERY SKIN TYPE AND COLOR?

The products have been made and tested on every skin type and colour including Caucasians, Asians, Africans, negroids, etc. this means our products work effectively and efficiently on all races and not restricted to any skin.

5. CAN I MIX THE PRODUCTS WITH ANOTHER BRAND?

Better Glow does not recommend using the products with products from other brands. Also, it’s generally inadvisable to mix two products or use one on top of another and expect great results (unless stated otherwise). However, some certain products can be mixed such as the brightening oil with any cream.

6. IS IT SAFE TO USE THE PRODUCTS DURING PREGNANCY?

Yes, you can use our products during pregnancy. Our products are 100% natural and being pregnant does not affect or stop them from doing their job. However, you should seek the advice of a physician before using any product at all (this applies to people with special defects or reactions to certain ingredients).

7. HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT THE DELIVERY?

Depending on the location you are in; delivery to the United States takes an average of 2 weeks. Delivery to users in the United Kingdom takes between 3 to 5 business days while delivery to Lagos, Nigeria takes between 24 hours to 48 hours. However, processing of your orders and delivering them can only begin once we can confirm your payment.

8. HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?

To track your order, simply input your order number in the following link; www.betterglow.com/track-your-order. However, you can only start tracking your orders after 24 hours of order placement and shipping. You may contact us via the support to know more about your orders and tracking them.

9. DO YOU SHIP GLOBALLY?

Yes, we ship anywhere around the world. However, the shipping date may vary due to the distance from the United Kingdom.

10. I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, HOW DO I GET IT BACK?

You should try as much as possible to keep your password safe. However, you may recover your password back by clicking on the “sign-in” page to bring the login form. At the bottom of the page is a link “Lost your password?” when you click on it, a form will appear where you can input your associated email address or your username. Further instructions on how to get your password will be sent to this email.

11. WHAT PAYMENTS MODES DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept PayPal as our mode of payment for now. This will enable us to render the services to you smoothly in a fast way. However, other payment modes will be added soon.

12. IS MY PAYMENT INFORMATION SECRET?

Your payment information is completely secure since we accept only PayPal as means of payment. We do not have the capacity and authority to see your payment information. To know more about the policy on your payment information, refer to the PayPal privacy policy page.

13. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS GETTING LATE/DID NOT GET TO ME?

It’s an unlikely event that your order will get to you late, but in case that happens, you may contact us via support. We will track your order and get back to you on the possible reasons why it’s late, and the possible solution will be provided as soon as possible.

Likewise, if your order did not get to you, you should contact us via support. We will work on providing the solution as soon as possible.

14. I RECEIVED A WRONG/INCOMPLETE PRODUCT

It is an unlikely event that you receive the wrong or an incomplete product, but in the event that happens, you will need to send the product back to us or contact us in case of incomplete product, then we can ship the right product back to you. 15. HOW DO I RETURN THE PRODUCT?

Simply contact us through support or use the contact details on the website. We will walk you on how you can return the products provided the product you are sending back was sent to you wrongly.
